Shipping & Exchange Policies

Shipping Rates

Currently, we are only able to ship within the contiguous United States.  If you are outside the contiguous US, please contact us at MapleCrossMarketPlace@gmail.com if you are interested in a product we offer and we will see if we can accommodate.

US Shipping Rates (Contiguous 48 States)

For all items except Furniture, Slabs & Reclaimed Wood:

For Furniture, Slabs & Reclaimed Wood:

Most product listed under Maple Cross Sawmill cannot be shipped.  They are available for pickup in Marysville, OH.  If it is an order over $5000 we will determine if we make arrangements for transport.

Shipping Times

Please allow up to 2 weeks for shipment of stocked items.  Furniture, slabs and custom orders can take up to a month. We strive to ship everything out as soon as we can, however, some items will take longer, in particular, custom orders.    

We ship most orders via FedEx, UPS or USPS depending on the size and weight of the order and which items are ordered. We prefer to ship in as few boxes as possible to conserve materials, but in the event that one or more of your items will require additional processing time, we will ship your available items as soon as possible.  Back-ordered items will ship as soon as they are back in stock. 

Please note that we ship Monday-Friday, and do not ship on weekends or major US holidays.

Each new order will be shipped in the most timely manner possible. In-stock items will ship from our warehouse within 2-3 business days of the purchase date. Once your order leaves our warehouse, it should arrive in 3-5 business days, but sometimes circumstances beyond our control will delay a shipment.

Please note that your order may experience delays due to a high volume of orders during promotional events or Holidays.  Additional shipping delays may occur due to weather conditions and transit times.

Please note, we are unable to make cancellations or order edits once the order is placed. 

Product Availability

We make every effort to display the most current and accurate product inventory on our website.  There may be times where an item is showing as available and it is not. We will notify you directly if a product becomes unavailable or is out of stock and will be delayed.  

Pricing Policy

All prices in our store and online are in US dollars and are subject to any applicable taxes according to state and local laws. Availability, prices and delivery rates are subject to change. There may be errors in the prices, descriptions or images of certain merchandise, and we reserve the right to restrict orders of those items.

Return Policy 

First, we want you to know that your satisfaction is what matters most to us. If you order something from us and you aren’t satisfied, rest assured that you can return most items to us within 30 days of delivery for a store credit, minus a 10% restocking fee.

We will pay the return shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item). We do not accept CODs for returned merchandise. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Our return policy covers returns of most products in new or "like-new" condition up to 30 days after delivery. Items that cannot be returned include furniture, slabs, reclaimed wood custom orders, or anything damaged through normal wear and tear. 

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are limited to items we currently have in stock.  If we are unable to exchange, we will issue store credit, minus 10% restocking fee so that you can choose other items to purchase.
